Designing excellence.
Delivering spaces.
A director-led interior design and turnkey execution practice creating considered homes and commercial environments across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane.
From the first measured plan to material selection, detailed BOQs and on-site execution, our approach connects creative ambition with practical delivery.
Built on design thinking. Grounded in execution.
Founded in 2008 by Rajveer Sharma, DELECON® DESIGN CO. has developed as a premium interior design and turnkey execution practice. Our work brings together space planning, materials, technical coordination, cost discipline and craftsmanship.
We believe a successful interior is not only a beautiful image. It must be practical to build, comfortable to use, durable over time and thoughtfully managed from concept through handover.
Design that adds lasting value
To create homes and workspaces where architecture, detail and everyday functionality work together naturally.
Clear planning. Accountable execution.
To guide each project through structured drawings, considered specifications, BOQ-led planning and disciplined on-site coordination.
One connected process, from vision to handover.
The same level of care is applied to a family residence, an executive cabin or a complete corporate office.
Understand the brief
Lifestyle, space requirements, site constraints and commercial priorities shape the project direction.
Plan before rendering
Layouts and functional decisions come first, followed by design development and visualisation.
Build the BOQ
Scope, specifications and quantities create a more transparent basis for execution planning.
Coordinate specialists
Civil, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, furniture and finishing trades are considered together.
Supervise the details
Material selection, workmanship and on-site decisions are monitored against the approved intent.
Deliver usable spaces
The objective is a finished environment that works beautifully in daily life.
