Service Coverage Period
DELECON® DESIGN CO. provides 1 (One) Year Free On-Site Service from the official date of project handover. This service applies strictly to works executed by the DELECON® team at site.
Works Covered Under Free Service
The free service covers execution-related issues in the following completed works:
- Civil works
- Plumbing works
- Electrical works
- POP / false ceiling works
- Furniture / carpentry works
- Painting and polishing works
This service is provided for normal residential usage conditions.
What This Free Service Includes
- Inspection of reported execution-related issues
- Minor rectification or adjustment of installed components
- Alignment, tightening, leveling or refixing of work done by DELECON®
- Support for workmanship issues identified during the service period
We genuinely provide this service and are always happy to assist our clients during the service tenure.
Service Exclusions (Important)
A. Physical & Environmental Damage
- Physical damage or breakage
- Liquid or water damage, seepage, leakage or dampness
- Fire, heat or electrical short-circuit damage
- Natural calamities or external impact
B. Civil & Structural Conditions
- Cracks due to building movement or structural settlement
- Dampness originating from slabs, external walls or plumbing not executed by DELECON®
C. Usage & Third-Party Factors
- Misuse, negligence or overloading
- Modifications or repairs done by third parties
- Normal wear and tear or ageing of finishes
Important Clarification
This 1-Year Free Service is a service support commitment, not a material replacement warranty.
Manufacturer or factory warranties (if applicable) are governed separately under their respective terms and conditions.
Service Request Conditions
- Requests must be raised within the 1-year service period
- Service visits are provided during official working hours
- Scope is limited strictly to DELECON® executed work
